Serious Eats: Yunnan Chinese cooking with modern sensibilities. Mostly shareable small plates with light, bright flavors.

Clarissa Blanco: Love this place for all the obvious reasons. Not so obvious: Classiest (and most delicious) corndogs I've ever had. It's a hot dog wrapped in a croissant baguette.

Serious Eats: A long and interesting sake menu with craft cocktails and smart, intricate small plates far beyond usual bar grub.

Serious Eats: A tiny LES izakaya with small plates and an extraordinary sake ice cream.

Lori Luo: A laid back, bar-like ambiance easily hides the fact that their cocktails are well crafted. The Confederate Officer (bourbon, peaches, mint, lemon) is one of the more refreshing drinks on the menu.
