    A project that started with record setting Kickstarter campaigns in 2012 & 2015 will find it's permanent home in the old trolley terminal under Delancey St. with building work commencing in 2018.

    Open from 12-6pm Saturday and Sunday. Has an example of what the lowline would look like. Lots of cool history about the Delancey St trolley stop.

The Lowline Lab is a long-term experiment and technical exhibit designed to test years of research into growing and maintaining plant life underground. Built inside an abandoned market on the Lower East Side, just two blocks from the site of the proposed future Lowline.
