Hard to go wrong here. Akumura is the way to go. Pork buns are a must. Get there early or plan on waiting
Spicy miso is incredible, as is the soy sauce egg! Plus their creative buns are always a hit.
All their ramens are absolutely fantastic, but if the special is mentaiko mazemen definitely give it a try.
Get the tsukemen style ramen with cold noodle which most ramen shops don't have. The rich broth and flavors are out of this world. I got the spicy miso one and will be back to try the rest!
Ramen available only after midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations for midnight and 1am seatings open at 5pm every Monday, and by Tuesday morning, all 40 seats are filled for each night.
