Top three spots I rotate between in SoHo for an espresso. They open at 7:30a, which is earlier than my other favorite in the hood and, therefore, I come here for my first coffee of the day.
Small, unpretentious espresso bar with changing exhibition of local artists. Creative repurposed light hangs above with skylights. Get a latte to stay & you'll be rewarded with a tortoise shell spoon!

Tons of natural light, great for taking photos of your perfectly-crafted cortado. Small shop though so good luck finding a seat.

Really good coffee, very cheap, tasty filter as well! No toilets though so keep that in mind before you order your second or third cup

The have Dough doughnuts here and combined with details like tortoise spoons and red + white paper straws, this really is the perfect place for good coffee.

#Protip - bend out the sides of your iced coffee lid so the cardboard straw doesn't get bent and rip.

- Trendy place, good for meeting a friend or for a 1 on 1 meeting. Coffee is the best in NYC.
