    Not a fan of the rye noodles. The broth is very light/delicate, which is intentional, so while not my style - I TOTALLY appreciate the execution

    Get the shoyu. The cheese mazeman is basically Mac and cheese. Not great if you want ramen.

    I'm super disappointed. Got to try 4 ramens and none of them taste good. Very salty and pricey.

    Larger menu selection but I still prefer the mazeman at the Gotham Market location. Expect to wait about 45 min - 1 hour for seating.
