Manny Hernandezกันยายน 15, 2013I really want this place to do well. It's nice and their sauces are great but their meats need some serious help. If your fav bbq is Delaneys/Mighty Quinns, don't come here. Will be disappointed.
The chicken wings, pig wings, and brisket are great. All the sauces have improved since opening. Beer & liquor menu are top notch. Trust your Bar Keep, as they are top notch too.

So much space! Black Swan's Achilles Heel is now remedied. Food is great and awesome selection of beers. I wanna come watch sports here! Lets get some TVs and they are set.

Brisket and pimento mac and cheese are amazing. Skip the smoked chicken wings. The mean mustard sauce is like crack in a bottle.
