Dim Sum Mania

Eater: The Fontainebleau’s Cantonese restaurant has quickly made its way to being a Miami staple with its mouth-watering dishes and sleek atmosphere. Two words to remember: Dim Sum.

Ruth Rachel: One of my most favorite places for Chinese. Must try the dim sum. If you are looking for authentic Cantonese, stick to the red menu. Get the white menu for exceptionally tasty everyday Chinese!

👑 Jason Wicker: Very good dim sum! Don't come too early though, they don't have all the carts running until an hour or so after opening.

Niamh Breslin: Super dim sum place. Everything is good but the turnip starter is sooooooo good

Felipe Lee: The dim sum is great. If you want to see the dim sum on carts though, you need to go saturday or sunday morning.

Jingyan: Best dim sum in Chicago. Recommend egg yolk pao, shrimp dumpling, siew Mai or pork dumpling, egg tart, char siew pastry.
