230Fifth is the rooftop bar you wanna go to both winter and summertime. Drinks are pretty strong and the view over The Empire State Building is everything. Go for the winter igloos experience, superb!

Great view of the Empire State Building on the rooftop! Brunch buffet is worth the reasonable price of $30.
Jarrodตุลาคม 29, 2013Great views. Make sure you dress warm if it's brisk outside. They have blankets to get under, but still it's quite chilly. That said, get there just before sunset and watch the city change.
