Travel + Leisure: Take the elevator in the European Sculpture and Decorative Arts galleries up to the Roof Garden Café and Martini Bar. It’s open from May through the fall and offers panoramic views of the city.

Kayleigh Harrington: Come early and grab a table. Rosé and buckets of beer with an incredible view

Layla Alotaibi: Small rooftop with laid back atmosphere, but great view of Manhattan skyline. Come by just before sunset then watch the city lights go up.

Noah Weiss: Awesome rooftop with scenic views of Manhattan. Big draft beer menu. Very solid bar food.

Brighty: Great for views of Empire State. Try timing it for a sunset.

@thirsty: Grab a drink and take in the views of the Empire State Building from high atop the Refinery Hotel. We especially love the cocktail caddies, served in a carafe with enough glasses to share with pals!

Eva Drago: Beautiful rooftop, fun vibe, lots of locals. Happy hour until 8, including their signature herb-infused cocktails for $6. Lavender in summer, Rosemary in winter. Good for groups.

Deep Gujral: One of my favorite hotel rooftop pools in the city! Pro-tip - Grab a rooftop booth and look west to watch an amazing sunset

Claudia Schumacher: Great rooftop with amazing cocktails and tequila selection. Vero Mango and Vida Verde are the best, plus the yummy and spicy guacamole and chips they serve up there. Great bartenders, good music.

Mallory Napolitano: Amazing views over the city make the drinks served in plastic cups worth it

Mark Kupasrimonkol: They serve Cooper's brewery beer here from Australia. It's pronounced "Kupa".

Michael Fox-Rabinovitz: Very pleasant somewhat hidden gem of a rooftop on 15th floor with tables, gazebos and very decent drinks
