Unique environment! Not a huge beer selection but is a must see place (if you enjoy drinking cheap beer and singing/watching karaoke in a trailer with a man who looks like Santa).
Anything here is good, and all meals come with their amazing biscuits. What makes the biscuits extra amazing however is the preserves. Definitely try the peach.

Beef brisket sandwich might have been the best I've ever tasted. And I spent a lot of time in Kansas City, where BBQ is a kind of religion. Collard greens were spicy, but terrific.
