    This is a great place with one exception. It would be great if they and the State of Missouri would ban smoking in public places. Very unappetizing even with great food!!

    Enjoyed the flight of beers. Liked the raspberry, winter and brown ales. Pizza was great and the service very good!

    Get a beer flight before ordering pints since the flavors they describe in the menu don't quite align with the beers' actual taste. The flight will give you a chance to pick what YOU really like!

    Very good service!! The waiter made the evening even more enjoyable. Food was good. I could not taste the beers but the rest of the table enjoyed them. Cute location for an after dinner walk.

    Love the historic town in St Charles. This brewery is nice and spacious and they serve delicious brewed beer. I recommend their red Amber ale.

    If you are afraid of Hot and Spicy. Tis not a burger for you! The Five Alarm Burger is fantastic! You get the sweet at first but BAM it melts your face with jalapenos and 5 alarm sauce.

    Quite possibly the only place in St. Charles worth going to. Try a brown ale and relax in the company of good friends.

    Ask for Mark. Awesome server! Excellent food and beer. Turkey & Brie sandwich is great. Deep fried asparagus with wasabi aioli is a terrific appetizer!

    Trust your brewer: Go with the seasonal Brewer's Selection, currently a Winter Lager. To eat, try an open-face prime rib sandwich with melted cheese on an onion roll. (Evan S. Benn)

    Trailhead burger is amazing. I recommend the steamed broccoli as a side: best I've had at a restaurant in years. Tiffany is a great server!

    The Maibock is great. Their home made hot sauce is nice and spicy. The seafood BISQUE IS AMAZING.

    Caesar salad has a unique and delicious oil based dressing. But the prime rib cooked rare was almost better than sex

    Good food menu and OK beer. I was expecting a little more variety and slightly better quality brews, but it was decent. No major complaints. Good happy hour.

    Beer is pretty hit-or-miss here. The style you loved last visit may be pretty bland this one or vice-versa. However, it's still far, and I mean FAR, better than Buttweiper!

    Possibly the worst brisket sandwich I've ever had. The brisket was 90% fat, 10% meat, and I'm being generous. Their beer is exactly what I remember: boring. Go to Two Plumbers instead.

    Food is great. Service is amazing (even in the bar area). Beer... I've had better at many other breweries. Distinct taste, but not my style.

    If you get your caffeine from soda and can only drink diet, you're out of luck. The only diet soda they have is caffeine-free. How lame is that?

    AVOID: The waitresses are to busy with boyfriends and have no time for customers. Half the food was cold and the brew is mediocre at best. I would not give this place even one star.
