    Don't be fooled if there's no one in line ahead of you- it will still take absurdly long to get your order and it will most likely be wrong. The food is good but they need to get their act together.

    Try their fresh-baked whole wheat Everything bagel, scooped out with salmon and cream cheese. One of the best things I've ever eaten.

    Even with 4+ people behind the counter and fewer than 3 customers they still manage to take over 15min to get a bagel and some cold cuts. No end in sight. I'm sure they'll get it wrong too.

    They have gluten-free bagels (udi's brand) - they're expensive, but sometimes it's worth the splurge.
