    I am at about 2-4 airports a week, Stewart's TSA agents have the biggest power trip! They make up rules that other airports have never heard of!

    Every year we go to the NY International Air Show and we always have a great time. It awesome watching the incredible stunts done by talented pilots.

    Great airport serving the lower Hudson Valley Area. Lots of parking. Getting through TSA checkpoint is a breeze. Not a lot of food options so eat before arriving here.

    The flight attendants are REALLY friendly here. ;) Perhaps that has something to do with the airport code being SWF?

    Parking in long term is only $12 a day and just across from terminal.

    Don't trust the monitors to display your gate. Ask an agent. I almost missed my flight.

    Eat before going through to gates. The only food is premade meals at the cafe. Not the greatest.

    Super fast check in and security line going out. The bags take forever to come when you are arriving.

    Worst airport ever!! They lost our luggage and when we came to pick it up after 5 days... they pretended like they didn’t have it. After pushing them to go find it, they found it. Very rude staff...!

    If you're coming from the Thruway, turn off you gps and just follow the signs. Poorly lit roads. Watch out for deer

    Don't count on the GPS navigation systems to get you to and from the airport. There are detours all over the place and they direct you on wild goose chases.

    Save time when paying for parking--use an Express Pay parking machine located by baggage claim and in the lot.

    If you're traveling to SWF on I-87 South, be sure to take Newburgh Exit 17 to I-84 West and Exit 5A.

    Worst airport. I fly all over the US and have never experienced an airport with so many technical difficulties. I'm already a day late to my destination and am still waiting.

    When flying into Stewart - Do not check your bags - it takes a really long time for them to make it onto the carousel.

    If you will need a taxi, call ahead. There are no standing cabs. 20 minute wait. Yuck!
