    Beignets are light and fluffy. Each order comes with 8 almost perfectly spherical pieces of fried goodness. Served with dark chocolate and Tahitian vanilla dipping sauces.

    Cocktails were awesome wine was too. Get the meat and cheese plate to start. The cheese is on their dessert menu so you just have to ask. It was all so good. Also got the crudo. And filet. Perfect.

    Amazing service. Complimentary amuse bouche, birthday card & dessert, more dessert, and a bag of shortbread cookies to take home! English muffin burger is still one of the best burgers in the city.

    The fagottini was a light and delicious starter. The duck breast had an excellent flavor but could have also done with being cooked differently. It is rather difficult to go wrong with beignets.

    Their SF Restaurant Week menu was great. The cauliflower velouté was mind blowing and the chocolate mousse was the perfect size - small enough after a large meal but full of taste.

    The delectably addicting fries here are made with Kennebecs, i.e. the crème de la crème of potatoes. They've got the best texture, perfect with the juicy burger on their housemade English muffin.

    The Niman Ranch burger + duck fat fries is worthy of all the hype. Fancy dinner service, but it's casual at lunch: you'll be rubbing elbows with the yummy mummies of Pac Heights. Take-out service too.

    The wine list is a short novel. The food is worth the high prices, but if you're on a budget there's also a more casual menu including a phenomenal burger.

    Sometimes they have Dine About Town lunch specials for $18.95. Small portions sizes but yummy. The brioche and flavored butters are out of this world
