I find it just as fast to walk from terminal A to Terminal B for rental car facility.

Large Stalls. As a user experience researcher, improvements on usability catch my interest. The bathrooms at SJC are a perfect example of a better user experience.

Haven't been here since about 1987. Technology is a wonderful thing. Rode bus and light rail to get here from Fremont. Easy-Peasy!

access Caltrain or Light Rail via the free airport shuttle. runs every 15-30 minutes. look for the bus labeled VTA Airport Flyer.

One of the easiest airports to get through. Only burbank is easier. Just break out the walking shoes if flying Alaska or Southwest.

You take a shuttle to rent a car so plan accordingly and add an extra 10 to 15 minutes for an airport car tental drop off

You have to catch a blue shuttle to the rental car structure. It is fast, buy be sure to build in time for this for stt

All food closed by 10:30 if not 10. Terminal B is nicer and you can stay in the airport over night now for lay overs

Dunkin' Donuts, Terminal A pass Gate 7. They are open early and have lots of goodies.

Come early! TSA line is ridiculous long, and they only have 3 lines open. Open up all the lines! It's Saturday, duh!

Got soooo much work done while waiting for flight. With free wifi and plugs at every seat its impossible to be bored. Also, can't go wrong with a wine bar and pizza my heart!

Don't wait in front of the terminal like all the other idiots. If you walk to the end, they've left you a nice open area for people to pick you up

Terminal A, gate 12 has power outlets built into the seats, but not all of them so look. Don't know about other terminals or gates.

Express parking outside Terminal B baggage claim is convenient for pick up. Pay for parking at the pay station for easier exit.

Terminal B is the only terminal which has mothers rooms for nursing and pumping mothers.

Arrive around 7:30 am - TSA will randomly assign you to TSA Pre - no shoes off or laptop out needed!

Plan for possible long taxi line. Every now and then they have a delay in letting cabs in and there's a long line

Very easy airport to get in and out of despite how busy it is. The car rental area couldn't be more convenient.
