    Food is quite good, but service is dismal. I guess that's what happens when you slap on an automatic 20% gratuity.

    Sea urchin, frog legs, tartare, seafood sausage, beef tongue, finally finished with a slice of the marjolaine and a glass of calvados is my perfect meal.
