    Walk to the far left end of the terminal to catch the hotel shuttles - you'll be the first on and you just flag them down.

    Take the sky train. It's a train that will transport you through out concourse D. Or if you like you can walk the full concourse all 1.4 miles.

    Weirdly laid out airport. Eat in Miami before you arrive at the airport. Only crapy Pizza Hut in boarding area for West Jet.

    This was the longest walk to passport control and what seems to be the longest line I've ever seen. Green Card holders go to the same line as visitors. If no Global Entry or no citizen - get ready...

    Avoid traffic, & take the Metrorail to the airport, just like you'd take the subway to JFK Airport in New York !! Coming 2012. The biggest favor Miami will do for both its citizens & tourists !!
