Susheel Narvekar: The best meatball sandwich in town

Andrew Crow: The macaroni and cheese at Nova is a guilty pleasure. Sit in the back to feel like you have your own "regular" table.

Suraj Acharya: Get the five spice pork belly rice bowl. It's wonderfully charred and smoky.

Brian Remmel: $2 hand rolls for happy hour, but BEWARE - they won't make it to go.

Jeff Spears: Monday and Tuesday are homemade sausage night. Unbelievable.

Phil Torretto: Always order the pupusas "revueltas", which is pork and cheese. These are simply the best pupusas I've ever eaten.

BARTAdventures: If you order 1 thing, get the chocolate croissant bread pudding. It's to die for.

Marcella: Sunday mornings here are called Beignet Sundays. Come worship at the altar of Yum.

Maybs M: On Sundays they serve Japanese breakfast from 11a-4p.

Elaine: Lobster mac and cheese is divine!

X: Their new Bulgogi Omelette is huge, and surprisingly sweet. Give it a shot if you're a fan of Korean BBQ and in the mood for lunch, but it's not a great breakfast. Unless you're WEIRD. ;)

Turner Xei: Poke bowl is awesome. Their spicy tuna roll is good too.

Constance Nicole: Happy Hours! Before 7pm and after 10pm daily! $3 drafts and cheap eats!

esbee: The kouign amann is perfectly crisp and flakey on the outside, deliciously soft and delicate in the middle. Definitely get at least one!

arash m: Owned by the same folks that run Angel Cafe on Geary & Leavenworth, which means yummy Lebanese food.

Christopher Bowns: The beef cheeks are delicious, and make sure to get a dessert!

Iris Ng: Tsukemen with spicy umami sauce! They have two types of garlic purée- Jpn or French (with milk). Wasabi tako is pretty good, too. Service could be a bit slow.

Maybs M: $1 oyster happy hour from 5p-7p every day with drink specials!

Serious Eats: The Korean sliced beef and katsu are their best-sellers, but anything is good on their Dutch crunch bread. GIve yourself time, they are a little slow.

Ashley Mowrey: Chocolate ice cubes, add it to the vietnamese iced coffee, perfect combo. Skip the mint.

Ashley Mowrey: House roasted beans, house made pastries, and friendly and superb baristas. This is my favorite place in the city and I go out of my way to go there.

Yera Ha: I make it a point to go to the best pho spot in every city I visit and Golden Star was an absolute standout. If you don't end your meal with a Vietnamese iced coffee, I feel so, so sorry for you.

Dens: Packed w/ all the cool-kid tech folks (they're all investors!) and everything I tried on the menu is awesome. Standouts: the 1780 Old Fashioned, deviled eggs, pork trotter (!!), rocky road sundae

Andy Wang: Reminds me of a more laid back Hakkasan with more OG Cantonese flavor profile and higher price point. Dungeness crab custard and uni noodle are must haves
