Brittney Potterกรกฎาคม 10, 2015I wasn't impressed. 30 minute wait in line & served fatty sliced brisket. Every bite was fatty and disgusting. Spicy Mac n cheese was decent and their baked beans were ok. Better BBQ at Springcreek.
If you want fatty brisket you need to ask the pitmaster to give you the fatty part. Otherwise you may get stuck with the non juicy lean part.

You have to try to smoke deviled eggs they are awesome!
