I like riding the ferry across the water for a view of the skyline. It's also very fun to catch the ferry to San Juan Islands. In season you'll see orcas. Once there I think you can dig for oysters?
From the 10th floor, walk past the elevators and around the corner. Watch the movie projected to the side of the lower floors as you look down to the 2nd floor stacks. This place is a treasure trove.
