    What’s good? Everything! Love the chicken salad, as it’s made from the smoked chicken, hubby loves the beef brisket - both the platter and the sandwich. Sides/desserts made on site. Birch beer on tap.

    Ribs were excellent, but the pulled pork was bland and on the dry side. Very good beans.
