Chooser the "moist" brisket. Like the name implies, excellent fat to meat ratio and a bark with a perfect caramelized/smoky combination

I love the moist brisket and the chicken. Green bean casserole is my fav side.

Stay away from the pulled pork, this is a Texas joint. The bill can run up quick here to if they're running the Feed Your Family special look into that
