Compassพฤษภาคม 15, 2014With over 100 classes a week, Golden Bridge offers yoga workshops for novices and experts. Yogis can get certified to be an instructor, and the studio has a vegan cafe that helps foster community.
I love this place. You can't have a bad class or instructor!

The Hatha Yoga Flow class is not for beginners.
