Maureenมิถุนายน 2, 2013It is a lovely studio and the people are warm and gracious, but for me a 90 min flow class in a 100 degree heated room was a bit too intense. Perhaps a 1 hour Moksha class next time instead!โหวตขึ้น3โหวตลง
Absolutely delightful hot yoga studio. Great teachers, incredibly clean, and a great vibe. Very welcoming to newcomers. The $40 one month trial for newbies is an amazing deal!โหวตขึ้น2โหวตลง
Best hot yoga studio in the city. Modo and Modo Flow classes are both challenging - Modo Flow has a higher tempo. All of the instructors are superb.โหวตขึ้นโหวตลง
