Had to wait for an hour just for maintenance to arrive so they could fix a broken lock after I got locked out of my room for a second time.

Get a room on a higher floor for better window views
Be prepared to wait for the elevator. Give yourself at least ten extra minutes

Ian Hummelธันวาคม 21, 2011Don't go here during Nov-Jan expecting to have a drink at one of the "largest bourbon bars in the country". It's closed down and turned into a damn gingerbread house. They won't tell you this though..

The sandollar limousine is a rip off any way you look at it.
I didn't have sheets on the pull out bed... But they quickly brought some up to me.
