    I wasn't impressed. They store the cooked meats under heat lamps which completely dries out the brisket and ribs.

    Amazing, but This place is a total mad house at night. Come on sat or sun during the day. No lines for sit down or pick up.

    Have them pile a lot of everythig on your platter, drink beer from mason jars, and don't forget to ask for beans extra rolls.

    After 11:30 you're stuck with the after hours menu,sub par sausage, pulled pork and ultra tough beans.but a great beer selection and friendly staff.

    Order 1/4 pound of brisket, 1 sausage, 1/4 pound pulled pork, a small cup of beans, and a liter of one of the house beers. A better night cannot be had.
