Definitely rush to Echo & Rig for brunch on the weekends. Usually I go for breakfast but this time I tried the grilled cheese OMGosh UH-mazing. Don't forget about bottomless mimosas. Fav brunch spot.
Serious Eatsมีนาคม 3, 2014Part butcher, part steakhouse, this is one of the first artisanal butcheries in Vegas. If you eat a steak you like at the restaurant, pick it up at the shop downstairs. Try the bib steak!

- Steakhouse & butchery spot. Friendly staff, great for brunches on Saturday's & Sundays, good food, and delicious drinks w/a new take on mimosas bottomless too. ☺💛👌🍴🍳

The chef is very allergy conscious which is incredible.- A great spot for a group of friends, good food, and bottomless mimosas. And bathroom is a religious experience. Go on the weekends for the brunch. 😋🍴🍳🍷
D Jกันยายน 7, 2013This place just opened so there were a lot of kinks. BUT, we liked the atmosphere and service. After waiting an hour for our food, we ate and REALLY loved our meal!!! Loved our spot by the stairs.
One of the best brunches in town! Amazing view on the patio, killer food and great beers!
