You ask for anything related to Housekeeping such as Towels, extra water or shampoo, these guys will get it for you in a huff without a puff. Their service is really fast and they are nice as well.

Upgraded to Grand Deluxe room. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean & quiet. Very convenient- directly opposite Platinum Mall. Taxi & tuk tuk know about this hotel well. 👍

Rooms are lovely although basic compared to other 5 stars. However, the hotel itself is stunning with beautiful areas to work or relax including a large outdoor roof garden.

Definitely pay extra for the executive floors. Private check-in desk and access to the private lounge serving breakfast and a buffet at happy hour. Service was ok but thought it could be better.

One of the best hotel. Good view of half the Bangkok city, excellent service, GM and staff very friendly. You don't feel like a stranger all alone in a foreign country. 5 stars. A gd recommendation

Great place and convenient location. Platinum Fashion is just directly opposite! 👍 Room is big and clean, with comfortable couch. Toilet has a standing shower and bathtub. ✔️✔️✔️✔️/✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

Old and unclean hotel. The service is not gd for what you spent there too. The only nice service are the people at the concierge area. They were helpful and always with a smile. Disappointing.
