This ramen is the best I’ve had. They’re famous for their Yuzu Shio ramen. I typically get that with Temomi-men instead of the regular Hoso-men. I also add extra chashu pork. Cash only.
Try the yuzu shio ramen. First time I've experienced a citrusy broth like this, but I promise it's really tasty.
Must-go: retro gaming mecca; bring yen to play the arcade games upstairs. Getting lost in Akiba & then stumbling into this spot was the moment that got me to quit my job to go off to start foursquare.
Amazing tonkatsu. Get the “Rossu” option which is the fattier pork. The wait isn’t too long. Sit at the bar downstairs if you can. Sometimes they’ll send you upstairs if you’re in a group.
Pancakes are great. Order them with extra fresh cream and honey or maple syrup. It’s a classy mid-century style cafe with a western breakfast menu.
The book and music selection is very high quality and of wide variety. The vibe is very low-key and refined. Lots of great reads and also good food.
Keeping it simple with choice of either margherita or marinara pizza, fluffy soft crust makes for a good meal in Naka-Meguro
This place is usually less busy than other popular sushi spots, but equally as good. Omakase is a great value. The tuna is amazing!

Two counters at this enormous, crowded market stand out above the rest: Sushi-Dai and Daiwa Sushi. This is the freshest sushi you will ever try, and the immense variety will impress you too.
Absolutely wonderful park. A must-visit—especially when the weather is nice. There’s always something going on. Picnics are great here. One of the best places to relax and people-watch in Tokyo.
Beautiful shrine located near Yoyogi Park. The path to the shrine is very photogenic. The shrine itself was also awesome. I go back every time I come to Tokyo. Bring walking shoes for the gravel path!
Great views of Tokyo and a great experience overall. It does cost ~¥1000 to get in, which makes me prefer the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building for free views. However, no regrets!
Free panoramic views of Tokyo in the north and south observation decks. The north observation deck is open later. Just as good as (if not better than) Tokyo Tower.
Love it cause it's cheap, fast and very vegetarian friendly! You can order half portion and ask for non spicy.
