Ashley Roseเมษายน 6, 2015Awesome studio- agree with the earlier comment, super sweaty hot flow without the oppression of bikram. And since they're technically a separate studio from Monster- you can do 2 classes on ClassPass!
I'm kind of obsessed with this place. They just opened the new location away from Monster Cycle so things are a bit under construction but it's still fabulous as are the teachers and staff.

This is my favorite yoga spot in NYC. Heated (but not Bikram-hot) vinyasa flows set to everything from Enya to Drake.- Love the hot vinyasa here! Great non traditional music and you'll get a great sweat! The 60 min class is perfect.

Try not to get a spot right under the heater unless you wanna KO during class
