now a crunch fitness. I like the old school vibe & iron plates here. I’ll be sad to see them go with the new ownership. 3 benches, deadlift platform, and 3 racks make this an OK gym for powerlifting
Best gym I have ever been a member of. Not prissy and ppl aren't afraid to sweat. Variety of group classes too!
Great gym. Clean and they don't bug you to get a trainer
Zumba with Michelle is a busy class but worth it!

Apparently they don't do 4SQ anymore. They might want to take down their special then.
