Kyle Otaสิงหาคม 6, 2014They have three weightlifting platforms (can pull deadlifts and squat at the same time on each) and chalk. Spacious and clean facility, great for a good workout.
The staff is really friendly and the clientele is easy on the eyes without being overly narcissistic. The price is a great value for a non chain gym with easy parking.- Pick up heavy things and put them back down. Also: they have 3 lifting platforms inc racks. A godsend!
Training may be pricy but is totally worth it! Ask for Josh or Karri!
Hit the steam room after a nice workout. Perfect way to end it.
Mixed crowd depending on day and time you visit...
I highly recommend Cathy if you're looking for a good, efficient and fun trainer.
