Our Bavarian-style wheat beer with flavors of banana, clove and apricot; refreshing and full flavored with very little bitterness! Awards: Multi-award winning beer at the California State Fair and the LA County Fair. Our West Coase India Pale Ales brewed with a touch of light caramel malt and hopped exclusively with Falconer's Flight. Hops: Falconer's Flight and Citra. Alcohol: 6.5%, I.B.U.'s: 70

Wolf Creek Brewery is proud to announce the release of their first ever a Rustic Farmhouse Saison style Ale. Following the Ancient European Brewing tradition, Wolf Creek's Brewers set out to find the finest malt. The Brewers searched until they made it to Mecca Grade Estate, a Family Farm based in Oregon. They found Pelton (Pilsner Malt) and Vanora (Vienna Malt) , two delicious malts that are grown and "Floor Malted" at the Estate. When the Brewers returned, they went straight to it and started making their Ale. By mixing the Pelton and Vanora malt with German Hallertau hops, Wolf Creek Brewery was able to create a delicious French-European Style Farmhouse Saison, and Wolf Bière was born! Wolf Bière has notes of Fruit & Pepper that derive from the Farmhouse Saison Yeast that was used, and also carries flavors of Floral and Earthiness from the Hallertau Hops.
