We use a small batch coffee roasting company established in Witney. Ue coffee are the only roasters in the UK to wood roast their beans, they roast over ash supplied locally by either Swinbrook or Blenheim estate.
All the coffees can be made decaffeinated. trinity blend – 50% Brazil, 35% El Salvador, 15% Ethiopia.

This is true fine dining. You will enjoy canapes with your pre meal drink. Once at your table you will be served two “chef’s appetisers”. Just before your chosen dessert, chef will prepare a mini pudding. Our portion sizes are well judged. You should neither leave the table hungry, nor too full.
Wines are recommended by the glass for each dish on the menu. This eliminates that fearful compromise when buying by the bottle. There are of course wines by the bottle from between 20 and 30 and upward.
Then we have our “micro flights” for those who want to drink less. 175 ml total (3 x 50ml and 1 x 25ml)
