A Kristiansand classic. Can be amazing during the Summers and is one of Kristiansand's top tourist and Summer hang out spots. Restaurants here can get pricy, and it gets crowded during Summer.
Cool little place! Nice staff and above average burgers. They brew their own beers, which is cool, that they then serve on tap, which is awesome. Atmosphere and interior is quite nice too.
Tasty Korean food and OK sushi (quite small bites). Staff is pleasant and food is served quite fast. It's better than OK, but I don't love it either.

Great seafood restaurant. Great location, as it's near Lapad beach but tucked away from all the noise and people. The food was really tasty and staff very nice. Can get a bit pricy.
Illegal still has great burgers, and the trufle mayo one is still my favorite. Fries are standard, nothing crazy. It's a hip staff/place with few seats, but it's easy to get the food to go.
Cool and simple concept, bowling and drinking. There's special lanes for alcohol consumption, so you might have to wait a bit/make a reservation. You get a free slush if you get 3 strikes in a row.
Still prefer their old style than this new "fancy" style, but the food is the same anyway. And the food is tasty, nice dim sum at OK prices. Staff is nice and food is served fast.
Tasty burgers, nice staff and good beers on tap. Be sure to make a reservation ahead of time, it's often crowded!
Amazing BBQ! Their mac and cheese is the bomb and definitely recommended. The ribs are great, so is the pulled pork, and the brisket and and...you get the picture. Kinda pricey though.
Nice location, good food and nice staff. The interior is too cramped though, I wish they'd remove a table and have everyone else sit more comfortably.
Great food, really nice atmosphere combined with helpful staff make this a great restaurant. They have veg/fish/meat menus, so something for most. Fine dining, so portions and prices accordingly.
Beauty salon that does most things (hair, nails, face etc.). Prices are nice, staff very nice and their services are great. Recommended.
I'm a sucker for the strips, so I love KFC for that. The burgers are tasty too for a fast food restaurant.
Newly opened so some small growing pains (i.e. speed of staff), but they are very pleasant and the ingredients are fresh. Bagels themselves are quite good too.
Never failed me so far (knock on wood), and they seem very knowledgeable and flexible. So I definitely recommend them!
I like it. The staff was very helpful and the food was tasty. It's not great, but definitely good. Very lively atmosphere and hip interior! The music a bit too loud at times, but overall a cool spot.
Awesome place. Live jazz music in a great ambiance, with tasty cocktails and very nice staff. Highly recommended at night when the weather is nice, as the outdoor area makes this place a must visit.
They do pretty cheap "touristic concerts", which are quite informal, but they are best when they perform "serious concerts" in the evenings. Beautiful hall.
