Just opened. Very cool bldg but am not crazy about the club music being pumped out by the pool. It's the anti-SOBE but maintains some of the most annoying aspects.

A cool, deco feel with reasonable rates and a great laid-back vibe. Good restaurant, too.

Great pool bar but note that it closes at midnight (on weekends).
