If you live on first floor and near the lobby you'll get to hear all the drunks that like to walk and talk loudly during all hours of the night. Along with being able to hear everything above you.

Third floor is hotter in the summer, but has a better breeze. However first floor is cooler and you can prop your door open and get some AC from the lobby.

be careful when you clean your oven! it'll smoke through the top so be sure to open the windows!
