Philกันยายน 22, 2013Don't trust them on issues with your car. They "found" a crack on my serpentine belt. When I went to replace it myself it was cut and on the underside of the belt. Shouldn't been able to "find it".

Always friendly. They do the up sell spiel but aren't pushy about it. Not condescending.
