Terroni Queen is the original and always great. The back patio is summer heaven. Must have a great, perfectly cooked pasta and pizza. I love their daily specials. Give it a try.
Absolutely gorgeous. The Pizza has a lovely thin base, we went for the Peppino. We got the Al Limonepasta, beautiful but could be a little over powering. Great attentive staff and warm atmosphere.
This is the best italian place in Toronto though it is a bit pricey. The pizzas are excellent but the pastas and other dishes are outstanding. The bread, wine list and desserts also are first class.
The service and ambiance is just the start. Outstanding and thoughtful menu, with a delightful wine menu. You will not be disappointed dining here. Casual or formal, all fit in.
The custard filled fried bun with nutella, aka fresh custarddoughnut with nutella is to die for! The mains were small portions for the price. Split a whole pizza instead of an app!
Get the funghi assoluti (oyster mushrooms with olive oil, cheese and bread crumbs). Also, no need to calculate tips, they add 20% gratuity onto your cheque for you.
To be perfectly honest, Terroni is overrated at this point. Not that it’s bad by any means, just overrated in a city full of amazing Italian joints. Still a nice place to pop by for a quick lunch.
My first experience of this authentic Italian food was in Toronto. So when I discovered one was opening up around the corner I was elated. It’s quaint and the owner sometimes makes the rounds.
Love eating here but apparently if you want to modify dishes due to allergies or otherwise staff will not go the extra mile to accommodate. Very surprised by this restrictive service.
The pizza, pasta, wine and the dessert was incredible and delicious. If you haven't had the chance yet to experience Terroni, I suggest that you do so as soon as possible.
Very lively and decorated warmly with low lighting. There is a wait but wonderful place to head when you are traveling alone. Was seated at the bar and didn't have to wait! The food is so fresh!
In general, food is good, specially pastas. The ambient inside is also good, but the tables for two are too much close from the other. This is very uncomfortable to sit.
I don't know what the big deal is, they brought extra cheese to my table and had no problems with substitutions. I think some of the reviewers were high on gas fumes and have more attitude than brains
I'm told this is Toronto's best Italian restaurant. The food was certainly good, the decor is very typical old Milanese style. All in all a very good choise. Worth the wait.
