I have a complained on your staff.Can you teach her to handle properly the customer.I waited so long, to wait my turn.Before you get a new customer,you have to finish the first one.

he left me with unfinish work with my hand, to the fact that its just one hand to be finish...do you think its the right thing to do to serve the customer..

how can i come back again on your salon , or recommend if your service is like that..
