Quality meat and produce and great grocery selection. Good deals in the giant beer & wine section. Lines are long and slow. Produce can occasionally be sparse between shipments. Great store overall!

I love this grocery store!! It's enormous w/ great selection and prices. Huge wine section. Free 90 min parking in garage when you ask a cashier to validate. I always use self checkout.

Only one non-express lane, one express lane, and self-service open on a Monday night at 7:30. UNACCEPTABLE.

Conveniently located. Always clean and well stocked. Love Safeway fresh, store packaged produce.

This safeway has a really good selection of organic and vegetarian/vegan options

We had friendly cashiers. Found everything we needed in the store. Validated our parking ticket.

There is a CoinStar machine here. 9.8 cents on the dollar or free to use if you take a gift card to amazon or half a dozen other popular websites.

Place works till late night and it's nice overall

Underground parking garage...make sure you validate your ticket for free parking :). Be prepared to wait in line. Always crowded....check out at the Starbucks :)

Long lines at night after 10pm :-( A local told me, "It is like this every night. And the self checkout lines are never open."

Aisles perpetually clogged with pallets (see pic) and large oddly placed product displays. Obstacle course shopping!

Produce is rarely fresh. Go to the new Giant in CityMarket at O.

rude staff, low quality produce, self-check out lanes at the end of the store are never open, and homeless people will ask you for money outside and inside of the store

Why are only 2 check-out lanes, including self-check-out, open? The lines are reminiscent of USSR ar the moment.

Keep your receipt so the people by the door can scribble on it like TSA agents!

This place always only has 1 lane open for every 100 people. Prepare to wait... Awhile.

Cashiers were so slow. I recognize it was late at night, but they had 3 registers open and all had lines into the aisles that didn't move

watch out for chatty cashiers...you'll never get home.

beware of robbery while waiting in line and right outside of the sliding doors! happens all the time!

Their employees lack basic customer service skills and act like they could care less in general. The actual supermarket is very nice with great food selections, but too cramped in the aisles.

The line here late night was insane. It was over an aisle long.

Journeyed here for ice cream only to find that everything in their freezer is soft and melted and disgusting, DO BETTER

Bring a book & something for the kids to do while waiting in line. Also expect cashiers to be either pissed off or mentally checked out. Keep expectations lower than normal & u wont be disappointed

You haven't true incompetence until you've shopped here.

Clerk would not bag groceries. While bagging my own, clerk then fussed at me for taking too long to finish and sign receipt. I feel like I should be on payroll when I shop here.

I have never been in a store where more people were as rude and disaffected. And I mean everyone. Staff and customers. I HATE it here.

Good luck trying to shop here on a Sunday evening. The shelves are basically empty.

Check meat for expiration date, sometimes it is expired or expires that day

Make sure you bring back your plastic bags for recycling!
