Very good dim sum for lunch. Highlights are baked and steamed char siubao, xiao long bao, siu mai, glutinous rice, lobsterdumplings, crab meatdumplings, beef ho fun noodles, black sesamemochi.
Has a big lobster and shrimpaquarium and all seafood is very fresh. Crispy duck is really good. Clean and elegant restaurant, a little pricey in some dishes.
Seems to be the place to go if you're the child of a Chinese diplomat! Basically normal dishes done very well. Where Hakkasan wants to wow and reinvent, RCC keeps it simple and unintentionally retro
Terrible! Food -2000, hygiene -1000, service -500. I would bet that the pavement outside this restaurant is cleaner than carpets of RC. You shl not confuse it with Royal China Club at # 40 @Baker Str
