Perini Ranch Steakhouse

Thus my absolute favorite steak place in the country. Best “double cut” prime rib I’ve ever had. Pleasantly surprised to find Camus wine on the mostly Texas wine list. Great food great service.

One of my favorite restaurants! Tom and his team give their guests delicious food, friendly and excellent service in a unique dining environment. Sit on the patio--it's the best seat in the house!

Went for the Ranch Burger which was great. I loved their salted herb butter and chocolate cake.

Truly a laid back atmosphere, scrumptious quail legs, raving green chili hominy, melt in your mouth prime rib, and a perfect ending w bread pudding and a bottle of Caymus Vinyards Cab sauvignon. OMG

You can't beat a Perini's ribeye. But the best way to enjoy it is to ask for it to be "peppered". Un. Be. LIEVABLE! And...get the zucchini.

Food & Wine recommends the Ranch Burger, topped with mushrooms, onions, green chiles, and choice of cheddar or provolone.

Reservations are helpful & sometimes the only way! Steaks, sides, catfish, jalapeño bites, bread pudding.

Steaks are out of control, but get the green chile hominy if it's the last thing you do.

Bah. Server told me to try their Sunday lunch and I was not impressed. I guess being from the south I should not have expected it to be great.
