Get the tasting menu, sit at the bar and watch the kitchen staff in action. Every three months Joel Robuchon is there personally. Gourmet but in a some what relaxed atmosphere.
Attentive staff, beautifully crafted dishes. The set dinner menu is good value. They gave us a few extras because it was my birthday. They will cater to any dietary needs!
Tired the menu. It was beyond amazing. Foie gras with parmesan foam was a favourite, and the special beef of the day was amazing - medium rare with salt and pepper, didn't need any sauce.
Best restaurant ever! If u plan on having e degustation menu - pls come early around 7 cos it takes about 3 hours to go thru! Every dish is a winner! Take it easy on bread selection which is yummy
I die and go to heaven every time I dine here. Let Chef Lorenzo whip up a meal for you, just tell him if you have any dietary restrictions, that man is a genius! Must have the foie gras and the mash!
I had the casual fine dining early this year. I was impressed with most dishes while not too keen on a few. Would love to try the formal fine dining one day.

Went there for lunch at s$250 for 2. It was the worse fine dining food we've ever had. Service, ambience and presentation were great, no doubt. But all of the dishes served tasted disappointing.
Disappointed by the standard of food served here. Frequented the London branch and was constantly impressed. Here not only am I paying a huge premium but distinctly getting food lacking that finesse.
