Counter Reformation is a slinky little bar located in the Parker Palm Springs. CR offers an eclectic curation of wines by the glass with a menu of small plated savory delicacies. Next level ambiance.

Everything was delicious but the brioche with a poached quail egg and caviar was spectacular. Great wine selection as well and wonderful staff. Must come back
