Known for its molecular cooking, the pintxos here is quite unique. The Cod (La Hoguera) is amazing, perfectly balanced taste and texture YUM! Try it with the Rueda White Wine.

A modern and creative twist on traditional Pintxos. Recommend the smoked cod and the suckling pig. Courgette with cheese was really interesting. Decor a little to bright for my taste.

Delicious and inventive pintxos - these chefs know flavour. I recommend the honey w/ goats cheese, the foie a la plancha, and the squid/jamon/padron pepper/crispy onion. Everything we tried was great.
Pintxos with a twist - each one is prepared and served almost artistically. If selecting pintxos from the bar - get a plate from the bartender, select pintxos, and give him back the plate to prepare.
Como decía aquel...es una experiencia religiosa. Alcachofa con vieira y crema de centollo, cocochas de vicio, todo espectacular y super-currado. Hay que volver.
Modern pintxos. The most fun part is seeing them take what you select, disappear with it into the kitchen (cook it), and present it in its edible form.

The bacalao (la hoguera), or salt cod (the bonfire) is a modern pinxto masterpiece. Smoke your own raw cod before eating it with bread and garlicky goodness. Incredible.
