Be sure to not ask any help from the tall thin black haired boy, he will say" I don't know what to tell you!" Then will leave you standing there! Duh George!
The "Big" Apple is always "soooo" #busy but I'm sure they have an "app" 4 dat ;) overpriced & quality that can really bite into your wallet... sometimes Android does it better 2
There's a system in place at the Apple Store called the "one-time exception" that lets a Manager replace a device no matter how damaged or how far out-of-warranty it is.
The worst store ever! Employees are there to socialize, not help customers. If you want any help go to another store. If you ask for help here they ignore you and if you insist, they start insulting
Avoid service here unless you like to wait, even if you have an appointment. This Store and the Apple service model is a joke. Wait to drop, wait to pickup.
