The "best burger in America" did not disappoint! Thick cut bacon (optional, along with egg) on top of two delicious patties with a tasty bun. Old fashioned cocktails & service were also top-notch.
Get the ribeye and Tempranillo. Split the burger as an appetizer. Wait service is impressive - thank you to Johnny to making us feel like home from the moment we walked in.
If you don’t do the burger (with bacon), you’re doing it wrong. The little gem is the best steakhousesalad I’ve ever met. And the sundae... yes. Vibe is a bit much, but ultimately I'm cool with it.

Arguably the best burger I've ever had. Definitely Top 3 gourmet burger. White glove service! Right up there with the Black Label Burger at Minetta Tavern. I can't wait to try the prime rib!
The burger fully loaded is amazing! The prime rib is perfect! Great corn, Brussel sprouts & baked potatoes. Loved the lemon meringue & chocolate pie for dessert. Can’t wait to go back!

one of, if not, the best 🍔in nyc. thick cut bacon on a double stack. the ribeye w the caramelizedgarlic in mashed potatoes is 👌. prime rib is of course solid too.
The burger with thick cut bacon is a must. Tried the prime rib and it was on par with others. I’d pass on it next time and try the special bone-in filet instead. The space is cozy and old timey.
One of the most fun dinners I’ve had out. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. Feels like a clubby/trendy environment and I loved it. The burger is one of the best in NYC.

Clubby, intimate space. Excellent service. Burger that lives up to the hype. Also order: king crab, Cacio Pepe Carbonara pasta, creamed spinach. English Cut is good, not mandatory. Skip the brussels
Prime Rib, Burger (no need for egg or bacon). Was AMAZING. Service was also amazing. Great place to go if you want to drop a lot of money on a nice meal.
Fantastic place. The Chicago cutPrime Rib can feed a hungry man, and the Brussels sprouts and the corn are perfect side dishes. The cocktails are spot on as well.
Awesome dinner. Space is tiny so only downside is you can't hang out at the bar for drinks if you get there early. Otherwise, perfect cosy delicious place to satisfy meat cravings.
The carbonara was probably the best I've ever had. Everything else is very rich, like the creamed spinach, which is great for two tastes - I couldn't eat any more after that!
Intimate old school vibe with a very friendly and welcoming approach to service. New York strip is the best cut of the 3 I tried. Burger good but overrated imo
The Burger here is an exact match to Au Cheval- the best Burger you’ll find anywhere. The only thing that detracted from my experience was incessant flash photography/videography from other patrons.
That’s was great meal!!! The meat… was amazing!! But the glass of champagne was not worth to pay the price. But If you want to have and have company, just order the bottle!
The 4 Charles cut is phenomenal. Two of us had a hard time finishing it. Creamed spinach is insanely good. Gem Lettuce salad was sneaky favorite item ordered
maybe a perfect meal, to share: cheeseburger with egg and bacon hold the lettuce and tomato, creamed spinach and english prime rib, martinis, Sonoma cabernet.
I’m not as hip as I used to be, but I consider myself a burger connoisseur. So when I heard theirs was the best, I dropped in. It’s good but nowhere near what you’ll read. The room is cool though.
The ribeye and tempranillo is fantastic. The food is expensive but if you got some extra cash to blow on some quality food, this is a great place to spend it at.
