This is the Bostock. Takes a while to be prepared, so you'd haf to wait awhile. It tastes like the sugar toasts that I ate as a young girl, but taken to a different dimension Cuz of the almonds. Yumz

Excellent ambience considering the price. Nice aircon respite after roaming kampung glam. Old school custard cream puff and chocolate eclair. Friendly service .

A bit manufactured but pleasant nonetheless. Good start for the uninitiated. Bostock (almond toast) with kopi is indeed excellent. Level up by going to the real old coffee shops in the Lavender HDBs.

Delicious homemade jams. The bread and butter pudding is a must try. Get yourself a hot cup of kopi c.

Nice nostalgic ambience and friendly service, however, the coffee lacks kick and fragrance unlike traditional kopitiam ones. Similarly, the teh is also too 'thin', overpowered by the condensed milk.

Perfect soft boiled eggs, crisp kaya butter toast & Kopi. Like everything here. Taste nice & consistency.

Lemon roll had cream that was a bit too stiff but the apple aloe vera cake was soft, moist and creamy. Teh was alright. Love their interior decor.

Surprising, this butter toast with almond flakes is rather good 😊 coffee's not bad too 😊

The decor doesn't really scream colonial... They try really hard tho with some artefacts...the coffee and tea is like Ya-kun 😝. Service is good😝

Haven't been back for a while , my favourite rum cake seems to have lost its oomph 😩 somethings not right or ingredients been compromised 😳

Great job in reviving the old school ambience. But service needs a lot of improvement. Tables were piled with dirty cups and plates. Crew behind counter was so disorganized resulting in a long queue.

Loving the Lamingtons here. Only place in town for this. Try it!

The butter cake is not as smooth as it could be but it's very light and melts faster than you can say lard.

Teh was disappointing. Very diluted. But food made up for it. Bostock was recommended in the reviews, for good reason.
