Jayneธันวาคม 5, 2017Room is a bit dated. Other than that everything else is great. Lots of winter activities at the activity center. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Go in winter, snow is very nice and soft.

Of course, it is not cheap for ski resort with the fluffiest snow (Powder Snow) in the world.- Robert Trioสิงหาคม 22, 2014Wonderful views even on an overcast day. Hotel offers good amenities, in the summer it is very quiet and a little out of the way.

No free WiFi. Decent rooms, kinda pricy. Be prepared to drop a lot of money on snow activities.

David Brownมีนาคม 29, 2010It's more isolated than many of the other hotels-if you have kids, recommend you stock up of food and drinks before getting here-not much available in house other than the expensive restaurants.

Rainstop Chengกุมภาพันธ์ 24, 2014To be honest I'm quite disappointed with this Hilton. For the price paid the rooms are not as I expected, neither the Onsen.
MJ Leeกุมภาพันธ์ 15, 2015Make sure to check out the newly built (in 2014) Village shopping and dining area right next to the hotel. Good view at night but the food needs major upgrade.
